I love your hospital, your model of operation, your veterinarians and staff. I had to go there once again last night for my foster dog, and was happy to see Dr. Cole again. She’s really such a wonderful face for your organization. She’s so professional and caring, direct, and expert. I immediately feel better in a crisis when I know she’s on it. I missed seeing Greg who happened not to be there last night and is usually there, and I’m sure you all know he is amazing at what he does and at client care and client owner care.

Dr. Cole and Dr. Gaugh took excellent care of our dog when she needed emergency surgery. I appreciated Dr. Cole's calm, straightforward diagnosis and treatment plan along with her caring bedside manner. I have every confidence in her intuition and training that guided the swift and effective care of our dog. We were updated regularly by both doctors, and after care was explained in full detail. I highly recommend Westbury Animal Hospital and am very grateful for the care our dog received. Thank you!

I brought a foster puppy into the emergency clinic. The puppy and her brothers were my first bottle babies and fine at first, but after weaning to mush stopped thriving. None of her litter were doing as well as they should and the puppy I brought in could not be saved. Dr. Cole explained that sometimes we think newly weaned puppies are eating when in fact they are just playing with their food. I watched my pups the next day and sure enough, they were licking and lapping at the mush. When there was no more liquid to get, they left the dish and much of the food. I started adding enough formula to make a soup. The puppies readily finished it off. Thanks to Dr. Cole taking time to consider what might bbe going gone wrong with the litter, the remaining five pups are thriving.
